Ministry to Deaf Offenders
It is estimated that as many as ten thousand deaf people are incarcerated in North America. When deaf people go to prison, they are often isolated, having little or no communication with prison officers, or access to education, rehabilitation, or training. With CPF, the deaf are not forgotten. CPF is an advocate for change, and is pleased to offer resources to assist the deaf, especially in the area of spiritual resources. Contact CPF for resources and more information.
